Advanced mouse controls and features such as dockable browsers and customisable menus and toolbars in line with the Edgecam user interface make Edgecam Part Modeler intuitive and easy to use, providing a smooth and seamless transition from design to manufacture.

Features

Part Modeler has the ability to execute a series of logically grouped feature construction steps as a single keystroke. The procedures can be driven by design and manufacturing rules that can be executed simultaneously across multiple parts of an assembly with automatic part-to-part association.

Drafting

Edgecam Part Modeler provides the user with a fully associative drafting tool. Users can customise their own Design Sheets, load models, Dimension, Cross-Hatch, Geometric Tolerance and Detail Elevations. Perfect for providing quick, simple dimensional drawings to Machining Engineers and other production staff.

Design changes made to the model are seamlessly transferred to the Detail Drawing.
