Edgecam UK Customer Training
"I finally made the time to go on a upgrade course with the release of version 9.75 - it's 3 years since I did the basic training & Solid Machinist courses. For some time I've known I could be more efficient with Edgecam and having been on the upgrade day it gave me chance to use new features and be reminded of others I'd forgotten. Overview
Planit offers comprehensive training courses to ensure that Edgecam users become productive as quickly as possible.
Training courses are offered to new Edgecam users or to existing users who have purchased new modules.
All of our courses are taught by experienced Edgecam engineers, offering users the best possible help and advice throughout each course. Class sizes are small, averaging 4-8 users, ensuring that enough time is given to every user. Courses are hands-on and each user is provided with all necessary training aids including their own PC for the duration of the course. All users will be awarded a a Certified Edgecam training certificate at the end of each course.
Training is held at our training centre in Wakefield, Yorkshire. Training courses can be held at our head office in Reading, Berkshire by prior arrangement. Both facilities are modern and have the latest technology. All our training courses commence at 9.30am and finish at 5.00pm each day.
Lunch and refreshments are included as part of the daily rate. Ample car parking spaces are available free of charge at both locations.
Update training
Update training is offered at preferential prices to customers with maintenance contracts. Update training focuses on the features and functionality of the latest release of Edgecam software, including tips on how to make the most of new features. Update training also covers highlights of the previous two releases of Edgecam.
